AzhwAr meditated upon the one who is of the nature mentioned in SrI bhagavath gIthA 18.43 “yudhdhE chApyapalAyanam” (not retracting from a battlefield even if death is assured) and “ISvarabhAvaS cha” (ability to control one’s citizens), surrendering [to emperumAn in paramESvara viNNAgaram]; here, AzhwAr is saying that emperumAn has arrived along with his divine consorts at thirukkOvalUr to be surrendered to by brAhmaNas who are performing the karmas which are apt for their varNa and ASrama, without expecting the results, as worship towards bhagavAn and who are having noble qualities such as Samam, dhamam etc.
