parakAla nAyaki sent the dragonflies to bring something connected to bhagavAn and pacify her. She was waiting for those dragonflies to bring him and was eagerly waiting to enjoy with him, if they bring him. He did not come; further the harmful entities became abundant; the night fell and it became dark wherever seen, to make her unable to spend time by seeing those entities; darkness surrounded everywhere and the situation has come to the state where those who give advise and those who would call us, are desired. Here it is explained that – whatever suffering went through by all the girls of thiruvAyppAdi (SrI gOkulam) in one sandhyA (the time when sun and moon meets) who were separated from krishNa, was gone through by parakAla nAyaki the whole night and she was calling out for help.
