Simple translation
Since the whole world lost its order and since jamadhagni bhagavAn became angry, SrI paraSurAmAzhwAn eliminated the dear life of the kings with his axe; such SrI paraSurAmAzhaAn is not coming. I don’t know of any cruel type of sin than remaining alone in the pitch darkness when the overflowing mist causes the female bird to shrivel and the male bird embraces in the bottom portion of its wings, to subdue it,

muzhudhu … – The system of kshathriyas ruling under the guidance of brAhmaNas, became lost; due to that jamadhagni became angry; having that as the reason, the strong SrI paraSurAmAzhwAn severed with his axe, for twenty-one generations the kshathriyas , who were the reason for this. Such SrI paraSurAmAzhwAn is not coming. Since the system of kshathriyas collapsed and since his father was insulted, SrI paraSurAmAzhwAn gathered the kings and severed them.
ozhugu … – The female birds became shriveled due to the mist coming inside their nest; at that time, the male bird will spread its wings and embrace the female bird in protection. Other than remaining separate, at this time.
kodiyadhOr kaduvinai aRiyEnE – As said in brahma vaivartham prakruthi kANdam 26.70 “avaSyam anubhOkthavyam krutham karma SubhASubham | nAbhuktham kshIyathE karma kOti Sathairapi ||” (The karma which was performed in the form of good and bad deeds, has to be experienced.
