nAl maRaiyum – vEdhams which are best among the pramANams [authentic texts] and are of four types
thodarAdha – having greatness of not being able to be aptly spoken by
pAlaganAy – being a young child
gyAlam ellAm – the whole world
amudhu seydhu – swallowed
Al ilaiyil – in a tender banyan leaf
paLLi koLLum – mercifully resting
paraman – supreme lord
idam – the abode where he eternally resides
thadam – vast
maNNith then karai mEl – on the southern banks of maNNi river
sAli – of the reddish paddy crops
vaLam – richness
perugi varum – growing
sEl – sEl (carp) fish
ugaLum – jumping
vayal – having fertile fields

Simple translation

Having greatness of not being able to be aptly spoken of by vEdhams which are best among the pramANams and are of four types, the supreme lord, being a young child, swallowed the whole world, mercifully rested on a tender banyan leaf; the abode where he eternally resides is the dhivyadhESam named thiruththEvanAr thogai in thirunAngUr which is on the southern banks of the vast maNNi river, which is having fertile fields with richness of the reddish paddy crops growing and where carp fish are jumping around.

nAn maRai … – He is having super-human activities which cannot be understood even by vEdham, which understands that sarvESvaran is incomprehensible; he is mercifully resting on a fresh banyan leaf; the abode of such emperumAn.

sAli … – On the southern banks of the vast maNNi river; in thirunAngUr which has fertile fields where paddy crops have grown very well and carp fish are jumping around.
