AzhwAr said in the previous decad “The sun is not rising; the nAzhigai (unit of 24 minutes) is stretching beyond a kalpa (brahmA’s day); even the favourable entities are tormenting; I am not seeing any companion; even the existence is being lost; where will this end? I don’t know”.
bhagavAn is consoling AzhwAr saying – Due to the nature of samsAram, these would not stay the same way forever. Due to that, even the sun will rise someday. As the torment reduces and some clarity is acquired, the words spoken will be heard; when you said “He did not come” about me, you said it wrong; why are we [I] coming and standing in thirukkaNNapuram? Isn’t it for the protection of our followers? If you understood that my arrival is for us, then we have no shortcoming; if you remained thinking “There is nothing stopping him when he decides to do anything, immediately”, should you not remain thinking “everything will happen automatically”? Hearing that AzhwAr becomes pacified and abandoned self-efforts; AzhwAr is saying towards the favourable ones who are withered “He is not coming for help; where will this end?” and says “Don’t suffer like this; we have a way to be uplifted; that is, sarvESvaran being eager to uplift us, has arrived and is present in thirukkaNNapuram. We will surrender unto him and be uplifted; come”.
