Simple translation

krishNa made the hailstorm ineffective with the help of gOvardhana mountain; for the sake of nappinaip pirAtti who is having creeper-like beautiful waist region, he killed seven bulls which had strong feet, during that time; he has the greatness of being cared for, by nithyasUris; he has amazing activities; he went as a messenger for the sake of the five pANdavas towards dhuryOdhana; he eliminated the anger of SakatAsura who had rolling feet; he killed the asuran who remained as the wood apple by throwing dhEnukAsuran; let us worship thirukkaNNapuram which is the divine abode of such krishNa.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

kunRAl … – krishNa made the hailstorm ineffective by lifting up the gOvardhana mountain; for the sake of nappinaip pirAtti who is having creeper-like beautiful waist region, he killed seven bulls which had strong feet.

vAnOr perumAn – As said in thiruvAimozhi 1.1.1ayarvaRum amarargaL adhipathi” (lord of nithyasUris who are free from any confusion), one who is having the greatness of being cared for by nithyasUris, he placed himself at the feet of these bulls, without caring for himself.

mAmAyan – One who has amazing activities.

panjavarkkAy … – Instead of caring for himself, he went as a messenger for pANdavas, wearing a palm-leaf on his neck, to dhuryOdhanan.

thiri … – Eliminating the anger of SakatAsuran who was having rolling feet; killed both the asuras who hatched amongst themselves a plan to kill krishNa and came, by launching one on the other.
