Simple translation

Saying “Oh, easily approachable one, who dug out the world which got attached with the wall of the oval shaped universe, being in the form of mahAvarAha, previously!”, I have become your servitor. I am not having anything other than your divine feet as my protection. I am firmly saying this. You see the way my pair of eyes and my heart are rejoicing in this manner, after having seen the devotees of bhagavAn residing in the beautiful thiruchchERai dhivyadhESam which is having surroundings having flowers holding beetles.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

paNdu EnamAy … – Continuously saying “In the past, during the beginning of varAha kalpa [one day of brahmA is known as kalpa], being mahAvarAha, bhagavAn dug out the earth from the wall of the oval shaped universe. Oh, one who has the simplicity to do that!”, being defeated by that simplicity, I became the servitor for your highness’ divine feet.

thiruvadiyE thuNai – Only your highness’ divine feet are my refuge. I have no other refuge.

solluginREn – I can vow on that.

How are you firmly saying like this?

vaNdu Endhum … – As soon as I see the devotees of bhagavAn who is mercifully residing in the beautiful thiruchchERai dhivyadhESam which is having surroundings which have flowers which always have beetles on them, you see how my heart and pair of eyes are rejoicing. In such a case, do I have any shortcoming?
