Simple translation
Other than being together with bhagavAn who went as narasimha in front of hiraNyAsura and destroyed his strength; other than such bhagavAn who is the cause of the universe, I will not be together with jainas who forcefully debate and who have dirty bodies, and baudhdhas who worship their dhEvathAs and are different from jainas; My heart will be drenched in honey which always remain sweet for those who daily meditate upon the divine feet of bhagavAn who is mercifully residing in cool thiruchchERai which is surrounded by orchards which have blossoming sandalwood flowers.
Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)
vandhikkum … – It appears that even baudhdhas will say “vandhE” (I worship).
mAsudambil … – I will not be together with amaNas (jainas) who consider that it is to be righteous to avoid eliminating dirt from the body.
mundhi … – He went in front while the child (prahlAdhAzhwAn) vowed and eliminated hiraNya’s strength. Other than sarvESvaran who is the jagath kAraNa bhUthan who incarnated as narasimha, I will not be together with bAhyas (those who reject vEdham) and kudhrushtis (those who misinterpret vEdham).
sandha … – When asked “How did you know this?” AzhwAr responds – as soon as I hear about SrIvaishNavas, it is pleasant for my heart.
