In the final pAsuram, AzhwAr mentions about the benefits that one would get by reciting these pAsurams and brings the decad to its end.

Word-by-Word Meanings
sem nel – reddish paddy
Ar – being dense
vayal – by fields
sUzh – surrounded

mannu – one, who resides forever
nAraNan – one who is referred to as nArAyaNan
nambi – kaNNan, one who is complete will all the auspicious qualities
piRandhamai – the manner in which he incarnated
minnu nUl – having the sacred thread which shines brightly
vittu chiththan – bhattar pirAn, also known as vishNu chiththar [periyAzhwAr]
viriththa – explained in a detailed manner, the activities performed at the time of [emperumAn’s] incarnation
ip pannu pAdal – these pAsurams, which are meditated upon by wise people
vallArkku – those who are capable of learning
pAvam illai – sins will not come near
Simple Translation
periyAzhwAr, who wears a splendorous sacred thread, has described in a detailed manner, in his pAsurams, the activities performed at the time of incarnation of emperumAn, as krishNa, in the divine abode of thirukkOttiyUr, which is surrounded by fields which have dense reddish paddy cultivated in them. Sins will not come anywhere near those who are capable of learning these pAsurams.
vyAkhyAnam (Commentary)
sennel ….. – in thirukkOttiyUr which is surrounded by fields in which densely grown paddy crop is cultivated, SrIman nArAyaNan, who has a unique form lying atop AdhiSEshan and who is complete with all auspicious qualities, is residing permanently. He incarnated in this divine abode. periyAzhwAr had started the decad with the words “thirukOttiyUr kaNNan kEsavan nambi” and ended the decad with the words “mannu nAraNan nambi”. Through these, he has mercifully spoken about the qualities of emperumAn which are different from his general qualities [such as being present everywhere, being permanent etc] and which are different from his distinguished qualities [such as not changing ever, having knowledge which is unbounded and inestimable, not being contained within an entity, space or time]. In other words, he has described about the qualities of his divine form, which are referred to in the vAkhya dhvayam [the esoteric hymn of dhvaya mahAmanthram in which we hold on to the divine feet (form) of emperumAn through the first line and seek to carry out servitude to that divine form, through the second line].
minnu nUl vittu chiththan viriththa – Since he is bhattar pirAn (benefactor, who carries out the activities of a brAhmaNa), he has the sacred thread which is shining brightly on his chest. He is also known as vishNu chiththan since he keeps that emperumAn, who has pervaded everywhere, in his divine mind. Such periyAzhwAr has explained in a detailed manner, the divine incarnation of emperumAn in that divine abode, thirukkOttiyUr.
ip pannu pAdal vallArkku illai pAvamE – these pAsurams, composed by periyAzhwAr, are such that people, with distinguished knowledge, will keep reciting them because of their sweetness. For those who are capable of reciting these pAsurams, knowing the meanings of the pAsurams, sins, which are a hurdle in enjoying emperumAn, will not approach anywhere near them.
We shall next consider the pravEsam of the second thirumozhi of this centum.
