Simple translation

Oh one who is the abode for cloud-filled oceans and mountains and is the controller of organised worlds and who is having the qualities to be unable to be known by the primary personalities like brahmA et al and who is the object of four vEdhams which are having the beauty of authenticity! Oh one who ruled me (even in the past)! Oh one who is eternally residing in the dhivyadhESam named thiruviNNagar! If you can bestow the unconditional grace to have me worship you, please do so. I don’t desire to be present in this samsAram.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

kAr … – Oceans which are having clouds atop, the anchoring mountains. Why should these be identified individually? Being the worlds which are organised. With this, AzhwAr is indicating bhagavAn’s position as the abode of the world and the antharyAmi of the world [world as his body].

mudhalArgaLum aRivaru nilaiyinaiyAy – Even by those primary personalities such as the four-headed brahmA who is the lord of the fourteen layered universe, bhagavAn is having qualities which are unpredictable to say “this much”. Oh one who is revealed in the four vEdhams which speak the truth as it is, to be trustworthy.

ANdAy … – To not spoil your reputation of being the abode of the world and greater than all, if you show your mercy upon me to visualise your special form, I also truly hate this samsAram.
