Simple translation

Oh lord of thiruvAli where sweet, young beetles embrace very fragrant sheNbaga flower and jasmine flower and then go and enter the tender coconut and stir the buds in it! Oh you who are mercifully reclining in the vast thiruppARkadal where conches remain forever and in dhivyadhESam named thirukkadalmallai! Here, you mercifully showered your grace and entered the heart of me, the servitor; now, if you left me and separated, that is victory [implies impossible to leave AzhwAr].

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

sangu … – You are mercifully reclining in the vast thiruppARkadal where conches are remaining forever; from there, you came and mercifully reclined in thirukkadalmallai for the sake of your devotees; while such divine abodes are your residences, you have mercifully showed your grace upon me and entered my heart.

inip pOyinAl aRaiyO – Since your mercy does not change, if you left now, “aRaiyO aRai” (victory! victory!). Only if the cause [bhagavAn] is changing, resulting aspect will change. Leaving me who cannot sustain without you, you cannot remain in those who are agreeable to your presence and absence.

kongu … – The beetles who entered fragrant sheNbaga and jasmine flowers, embraced them and as they were very hot, to reduce such heat, just as those who were affected by the hot summer, will keep their hand in sandalwood paste, the beetles will enter the tender coconut and stir its buds. Oh lord of such thiruvAli!
