emperumAn, the origin of entire creation, who incarnated as swan, wild-boar and fish, is mercifully present as azhagiyAn in thirunAgai; thirumangai AzhwAr, who is the leader of thirumangai region, which is having indestructible, beautiful, huge fort, and who is having SrIvaishNavaSrI which is desired by all, mercifully composed on such emperumAn, this decad as a garland of words with tune, which is having no shortcoming, with seven pAsurams having AzhwAr’s svAnubhavam, two pAsurams where he gives parOpadhESam and one pAsuram highlighting the result of singing this decad; those who can recite this decad will enjoy these worlds as kings and then attain the bliss enjoyed by nithyasUris.

annam … – Being hamsa which can bring back the vEdham which was lost, mercifully giving SrI varAha purANam (as varAha bhagavAn) and SrI mathsya purANam (as mathsya bhagavAn), jagath kAraNa bhUtha who showed the means to attain him, emperumAn is mercifully standing in thirunAgai showing his beauty so that we cannot leave him.

kanni … – AzhwAr is being the leader of thirumangai region, which is having fort which is a protective layer, beautiful and vast; he is having SrIvaishNavaSrI which is desired by all; without any shortcoming, he mercifully composed with tune.

senjol mAlai Ezhum iraNdum Or onRum – Since he cannot comprehend the greatness of this decad fully, he is identifying the decad in 3 groups. Those who can recite this decad, will get their desires fulfilled here and will also attain the real goal of this decad/prabandham which is to remain joyfully with nithyasUris.
