Simple translation
To have the nithyasUris who are residents of paramapadham which is atop the prakruthi maNdalam and those who are residing in this leelA vibhUthi which includes earth too, reach and surrender, bhagavAn is having divine feet, which are like tender sprout; the lord is mercifully residing in the cool thiruchchERai, which is pervaded by vast orchards where beetles are singing to have the songs in harmony; worshipping to the content of their eyes, having their heart melting, those bhAgavathas worship such thiruchchERai emperumAn; cruel yama, the dhEvathA, will not consume those who meditate upon such bhAgavathas; the sins which continuously torment, will not come close to them.
Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)
uNNAdhu … – As one thinks about bhAgavathas with one’s heart, the fear from mruthyu (yama) will go; it is saying that one need not fear for the fear caused by sins.
uNNAdhu vem kURRam … – mruthyu who performs cruel acts, will fear to swallow such people even if they fall into its mouth.
OvAdha pAvangaL sErA – The sins which continuously tormented, will not come close to make one reap the result. What is the reason for these sins not approaching? They have so much affection towards those who enjoy sarvESvaran who is ubhaya vibhUthi nAthan [lord of both nithya vibhUthi and leelA vibhUthi], with all of their faculties. One who is having tender, divine feet which are surrendered to by everyone from ubhaya vibhUthi (both material and spiritual realm).
paN Ara … – The lord of cool thiruchchERai which is having vast orchard where beetles are humming to be in harmony with the song; seeing him to the eyes’ content, praying due to that affection. iRainji (praying) is also said to be urugi (melting). While thinking about those who worship to the hands’ content, they will not be consumed by yama and their continuous sins will not come close.
