Simple translation

Women having shining, beautiful lips which are like kOvai fruit (a reddish fruit) will abandon their desire for him who is having a hunch-back in his body which is broken and becoming weak to even hold the stick which is for his support. AzhwAr says to his heart – oh heart! Before this happens, we will reach thirunaRaiyUr which is the abode of sarvESvaran who eliminated the waning of moon which is shining like milk and is having cool rays and is roaming in the sky. Let us go.

kani … – Women who are having lips which are shining like kOvai fruit, will abandon their love towards him.

kuni sEr … – Previously he would have stood straight brimming with pride; now, hunch-back has become natural for him and will be unable to stand straight and perform any tasks. Subsequently, he will get a stick for support; but since he would be unable to hold it tight, neither it would support him nor he would be its support. Before becoming weakened, in this manner.

pani sEr … – The abode where sarvESvaran who eliminated the waning disease of the moon which illuminated the whole sky, has arrived and is residing.

nani … – Let us, who are his servitors, go and reach thirunaRaiyUr which is famous for being accepted for the sake of pirAtti (SrI mahAlakshmi). nani – fame.
