Simple translation

sarvESvaran resides eternally in the dhivyadhESam named thiruviNNagar which is having surroundings having flowers filled with honey; thirumangai AzhwAr, who is the leader for the residents of thirumangai region which is surrounded by forts touching the sky and fertile fields and who is having the weapon, spear which can pierce through the bodies of the enemies, mercifully spoke these ten pAsurams in thamizh; those who can recite these pAsurams, will reach the best abode, SrIvaikuNtam which is decorated by flags, being the lord of the abode of nithyasUris.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

thEn Ar … – One who is eternally residing in the dhivyadhESam named thiruviNNagar which is having surroundings having flowers filled with honey. thEn can also mean beetles.

vAnArum madhiL sUzh vayal mangaiyar kOn – thirumangai AzhwAr, who is the leader of thirumangai region which is surrounded by tall forts which pervade the whole sky and which has fertile fields.

maruvAr … – Bodies of the enemies are the prey for thirumangai AzhwAr’s spear. Those who are well versed in these ten pAsurams mercifully sung by thirumangai AzhwAr whose spear has bathed in the bodies of the enemies.

kOnAy … – Instead of being subservient to someone in paramapadham, these persons who are well versed in these pAsurams, will reach SrIvaikuNtam and remain the controller there as said in thiruvAimozhi 10.9.6 “ANmingaL vAnagam” (rule over these abodes such as svarga (heaven) etc).
