Simple translation

emperumAn, being young and the lord, showed anger towards kuvalayApeedam which was having cruel anger, broke the bow, tormented the wrestlers, showed his anger on kamsan and killed him; he has the best divine form which is similar to a blackish cloud; he is shining as if a mountain of black pigment is standing; I enjoyed such emperumAn with my eyes in the dhivyadhESam named sembonsey kOyil which is present in the good central location in thirunAngUr which belongs to brAhmaNas who are experts in four vEdhams having truthful words, and eliminated my sorrow.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

vem sinam … – kuvalayApeedam, the elephant which was having cruel anger, the bow which was placed beyond it, the wrestlers who were placed inside [the arena]; one who showed anger on kuvalayApeedam, broke the bow and tormented the wrestlers; the youthful krishNa who killed kamsan who was standing inside all of these protections. ISvaran did all of these before attaining adult stage; emperumAn stood there feeling happy thinking “got to eliminate the enemies of my devotees” with a rejuvenating form, after killing kamsan.

sem sol … – The brAhmaNas of the town are having truthful speech; brAhmaNas who always speak words which are good for all creatures, in truthful words.

anjanam – emperumAn who is standing like a mountain made of black pigment, to cool down those who see him.
