Simple translation

Building a bridge on the vast ocean which was swaying, chakravarthith thirumagan severed the ten radiant heads of rAvaNan who was the lord of lankA city, with arrows and mercifully gave the kingdom to vibhIshaNAzhwAn who was rAvaNa’s brother; dhivyadhESam named vaN purudOththamam in thirunAngUr is the firm abode of such emperumAn, which is surrounded by the best rows of jackfruit trees, sheNbaga flowers, kurukkaththi, mango trees, plantain trees and where fragrance is spreading and where areca trees are very tall.

kamba mA … – Built a bridge on the vast ocean which will dissolve everything with its waves; rAvaNa who was prideful thinking “I am the controller of this well fortified lankA”; his.

kadhir mudi avai paththum – The ten heads which were crowned during his victorious travels.

ambinAl aRuththu – Severing the heads which were strengthened by the boons such that they cannot be attacked even by brahmAsthram, with bows which are natural for kings.

arasu … – emperumAn mercifully gave rAvaNa’s wealth/kingdom to vibhIshaNAzhwAn, rAvaNa’s brother, thinking “Glad that one of our kinsmen is getting to rule the wealth/kingdom of rAkshasas!”; the abode where such emperumAn is eternally residing.

sem palA … – The gardens in the outskirts are surrounded by proper row of jackfruit trees, sheNbagam, kurukkaththi, mango trees, plantain trees.
