thiruvAimozhip piLLai, in his svApadhESam, says that AzhwAr desires that krishNa, with perspiration due to the tiredness of playing in dirt, should come and consume milk.

Simple Translation
Oh lord! Just like pearls appear scattered on a beautiful lotus flower, little droplets of perspiration are showing up on your beautiful face, when you play with dirt inside this courtyard and carry out mischiefs. Do not play with dirt. Oh, the head of all the celestial entities, who churned and gave nectar to the celestial entities during the time when they were in agony due to the curse of sage dhurvAsa! You should consume milk.
vyAkhyAnam (Commentary)
angamalam … – in a lotus flower which is beautiful due to its colour, fragrance, freshness and blossomed nature.
thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that beetles have drunk honey from inside the blossomed, beautiful lotus and the excess honey has got splattered over the lotus petals. Similar to that, on the divine face of krishNa, which is like a reddish lotus, drops of perspiration have formed. Alternatively, angamalam would refer to beautiful water. am – beautiful; kamalam – water. On that beautiful water, reddish lotus has blossomed. Similar to pearls which have got scattered on that lotus, droplets of perspiration have formed on krishNa’s face, which looks like a reddish lotus.

aNi – just as pearls, which are beautiful with beauty and simplicity, have got scattered
sengalam … – on the divine face, which is like a reddish, blossomed lotus flower, droplets of perspiration have formed
thImai … – do not remain inside this courtyard and play with dirt such that your divine form is full of dirt
amma – refers to krishNa being the lord. Alternatively, refers to amazement induced by his activities.
vimma … – celestial entities, under the curse of sage dhurvAsa, were harassed by monsters. Looking for a medicine to live forever, to overcome their ills, they came to you. Oh, one who gave them nectar such that their stomachs were filled up, and who became their controller!
thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that vimma refers to being full.
mulai uNAyE – just as you had fulfilled their [celestial entities’] desire then, you should fulfil my desire and consume milk from my bosoms
