Simple translation
Those who are praising the lord, who is mercifully residing in thiruchchERai which is having mansions which are filled with precious gems which are reaching the sky and tearing the young moon’s bottom of the stomach, which is having abundant wealth, and is cool and rejuvenating, saying “Oh one who is very youthful and who consumed the milk from the bosoms of pUthanA to make her fall down on the ground after her cruel eyes became dizzy and weak, hot blood came down from her body like a flood and hair looks like reddish hot fire! Oh, lord of nithyasUris!” and worship his divine feet! They step on my head with their divine feet and roam around. See that.
Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)
kaN sOra … – pUthanA assumed the guise of mother yaSOdhA and approached krishNa; he killed her to have her cruel eyes to weaken.
vem kurudhi … – Along with the milk from the bosom, her blood came out like flood.
vem thazhal … – As her life ended, the decoration she applied also disappeared. His childishness was such that even after pUthanA, who was having fire like reddish hair, fell down to the ground, he was consuming milk from her bosoms.
vAnavar … – When asked “When pUthanA assumed the guise of his mother and nursed him, who was the one who consumed her milk without seeing that she is a fiend?” AzhwAr says “He is the one who is cared for by nithyaUris”.
viN sErum … – The lord who is mercifully present in thiruchchERai which is incomparably wealthy due to having mansions filled with precious gems and are tall to tear the bottom of the stomach of chandhra (moon) who is enjoying in svargam (heaven).
thAL thozhuvAr … – bhagavAn says to AzhwAr “Just as thiruththuzhAy (thuLasi) and kausthubam [a gemstone on his divine chest], your touch is very enjoyable for me. Bring your head for me to place my feet on it” AzhwAr responds “There is no space for your divine feet; there is only enough space for the bhAgavathas who are apt for me”.
