Simple translation

Women whose eyes defeated those of young deer, fish, spear and beautiful sengazhunIr flowers will now have mischievous words for him. AzhwAr says – Oh heart! Before such women ridicule and disregard us, we will surrender unto sarvESvaran’s beloved abode thirunaRaiyUr which is our radiant goal and which is surrounded by fish named malangu, varAl and vALai, and is having the goodness of fulfilling the desires. Let us go.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

vilangum … – For the eyes’ youthfulness deer, cheerfulness kayal fish, sharpness spear and reddishness lotus flower are compared. Further, having the eyes which defeated all of those compared items. Women who won’t ever speak favourably and instead will always speak in a mischievous way. Before such women ridicule and disregard.

malangum … – Even the animals which are present there will not have sorrow of “we have not attained this” and are happily living due to attaining what is desired by them. Thus, we will reach thirunaRaiyUr, the divine abode, which is having the goodness of the residents living joyfully with the attainment of their goal instead of not attaining what they need.
