Simple translation

bhagavAn is having vast ocean-like complexion in his divine form. The girls who are having soft bosoms, which are decorated with corset, desired for such bhagavAn’s divine feet and due to that overwhelming desire, called out for him and lamented. thirumangai AzhwAr, who is the protector of the residents of thirumangai region, which is having flower orchards which are having movement of clouds, at first understood such calling out, and lamented in the same way in this decad which has tune. Those who are able to recite these pAsurams will enter the beautiful nithyavibhUthi, and will get the result to remain along with nithyasUris, eternally.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

vAr koL … – The girls of thiruvAyppAdi (SrI gOkulam) who are aptly young, desired for krishNa’s divine feet and since they did not attain the same, out of overwhelming desire, lamented. Thinking about such calling out, AzhwAr also called out in the same manner.

kAr koL … – For the residents of thirumangai which is having vast orchards which are having constant movement of clouds, AzhwAr is the protector. He mercifully composed this decad with tune. Those who can recite this decad.

Er koL … – Eliminating such lamentation in separation, uniting with the nithyasUris in the nithya vibhUthi, one will let out sounds as in thaiththirIya upanishath bruguvalli “aham annam aham annam” (I am his food (enjoyment), I am his food (enjoyment)) revealing the joy, and will never have to return to samsAram.
