Simple translation

My daughter, parakAla nAyaki is saying “thiruththuzhAy garland which is having beetles spread over it and is on the divine crown embossed with precious gemstones, is specially emanating fragrance; I am having desire towards him and I will never separate from him”. She is repeatedly saying “In which dhivyadhESam had we seen this lord to the full satisfaction of our eyes and known him?” Alas! Did she see to the satisfaction of her eyes and worship the lord, SaurirAjan who is mercifully present in thirukkaNNapuram and who is so beautiful that those who worshipped him will give their heart fully to him?

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

vaNdu amarum … – The thuLasi will emit fragrance a little bit less while being on the plant, and will emit double the fragrance upon climbing the divine crown. The beetles are present on the thuLasi just as fragrance rests on it.

uNdu ivar … – She, who would prove with certainty that she has no love towards him when told that she has, is now saying “I have love towards him”. What is implied by this? She is saying “I have completely abandoned you [her friends and mothers]and said this”.

paNdu … – On the first day when he is seen, he would be seen with the natural lordship and mercy in his face and will make one think “His face looks familiar; where did we see him?”; after becoming well familiar with him, he will make one think “We have not seen him anywhere at all”. It is implied that he is nithya apUrva vishayam (one who remains fresh forever). When asked “Does the sentence show both the meanings?”, nanjIyar mercifully explains “See the usage of payilginRALAl (speaking – present tense). She will always be saying the same thing. Hence the meaning should be in these two ways only”. When asked “Since her words are in this manner, should it be that she has entered the town and seen him?”, her words appear to be those of a person who has had her heart captured; had her heart not captured by him, she would not say these words in front of her mother. Those who have come and seen him, will hand over their hearts to him fully.
