Simple translation

Reddish eyed sarvESvaran, my lord, is mercifully residing in the dhivyadhESam named thiruththeRRi ambalam in thirunAngUr. This abode is where distinguished, immeasurable wealth is shining in the form of roaring sounds of all shining vEdhams which are of four classifications, the six ancillary subjects viz vyAkaraNam, SIkshA, niruktham, kalpam, chandhas, jyOthisham, saptha svaras, ithihAsas etc in all eight directions; such sarvESvaran is my lord on whose beautiful hoof, anklets inside which the huge, stout mEru mountain is placed as small stones, are sounding. He dug out and picked up the earth, embraced SrI bhUmip pirAtti and mercifully placed her on his tusk, to have the presence of periya pirAtti on his chest sway.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

silambin idai … – As the huge, great mEru mountain make sounds in the anklets as the small stones inside it, on his divine hoof as said in the thaniyan of kaiSika mAhAthmyam “mEru:kaNakaNAyathE” (mEru mountain is making sounds).

thiruvAkAram kulunga – To make the presence of pirAtti who says as in thiruvAimozhi 6.10.10 “agalagillEn iRaiyum” (I will not leave even for a moment from his chest), sway.

nila madandhai – Lifted up earth and embraced its abhimAnini (controller), SrI bhUmip pirAtti, and placed her on his tusk, like embossing it with a blue-gem, and enslaved me, by that act.

ilangiya … – Four vEdhams which are shining due to the strength of being authentic, the six ancillary subjects, seven notes, ithihAsas, purANas are resounding in all eight directions – thirunAngUr which has such beautiful, great wealth.
