Simple translation
As the torment is on the rise and as sky, earth and mountains are submerged in the ocean having waves, bhagavAn in the form of a joyful fish, keeping all of those on him, is having vast water in his beautiful stomach and controlled it; such emperumAn is mercifully present in thirukkaNNangudi where the gently blowing cool, southerly breeze gets in contact with fresh fragrance of punnai, malligai and mullai flowers which blossom at the right time and which are having honey, and spreading in every direction.

vAdhai … – As the deluge torments everywhere, sky, earth and anchoring mountains get caught inside the ocean, emperumAn being able to hold all of them on him, in a joyful fish form, and controlled the vast water inside a small portion of his fins.
pOdhu … – Entering the flowers which blossom at the right time, such as punnai, malligai, mauval etc and which have fresh fragrance and honey, the southerly breeze traverses in them avoiding their heat; it is having coolness and is gently blowing in all directions. emperumAn is mercifully present in such thirukkaNNangudi.
