Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)
paridhi … – Having objects which are known as sun, beautiful moon, the anchoring mountains such as himavAn, directions, earth and blazing fire, as his prakAram and conducts them. With this, his universal form is explained.
surudhi … – Having good tune, vEdhams which are even more difficult to be attained than bhagavAn, are recited by servitors who understand that bhagavAn is SEshi (lord) and we are SeshabhUthar (servitors). They consider thirukkaNNapuram to be the goal and reside there. It is said in thiruvAimozhi 9.10.9 “vEdha nAvar virumbum thirukkaNNapuram” (desired by those who have vEdham in their tongue).
