Simple translation
Oh those who desire to hear the glories of sarvESvaran who is decorated with divine garlands, who is eternally residing in rejuvenating SrIrangam, who is the beloved lord of the distinguished pirAtti who is residing on the lotus flower, who is mercifully present to be praised by the sages such as sanaka et al, who is having the greatness of having thousand divine names and who is the lord for nappinnaip pirAtti! Reach the dhivyadhESam named thirunaRaiyUr which is having mansions embossed with precious gemstones and where the chOzha king, named sembiyan, who is having reddish eyes, is residing and who conducted the chariot drawn by horses to sever the bodies of the kings who control the earth and are famous as said in “such and such person” as they came opposing him in the battle in thiruvazhundhUr, into pieces.
