Simple translation

My lord conducted arjunan’s chariot to have those angry kings who have the weapon, long spear with blood stains not having disappeared, killed; he filled brahmA’s skull which was attached to the hand of rudhran who considers himself to be lord, could not be filled by anyone; his dhivyadhESam is puLLambUdhangudi where the very best among brAhmaNas who are like that due to their firm fame by nurturing three fires with vEdham, magnanimity and patience, are eternally residing.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

kaRai Ar … – To have the angry kings who have spear which have blood stains due to their not having time to wash the stains, killed, emperumAn conducted the chariot for arjunan; rudhran who considers himself to be the lord, due to brahmA’s curse, was having brahmA’s skull attached to his hand, which was never getting filled; the dhivyadhESam of my lord who filled that skull with his sweat.

maRaiyAl … – The abode where best brAhmaNas who have in abundance, firm fame of nurturing three fires with vEdham, magnanimity and patience, are residing.
