kallAl kadalai aNai katti ugandhAy – Building a bridge on the ocean with rocks which would usually drown in water, you became joyful thinking “We got to help samsAris (materialistic people)”.
nallAr palar vEdhiyar manniya nAngUr – thirunAngUr which is firmly inhabited by brAhmaNas who are focussed on helping others exclusively and are having compassion.
selvA … – You should shower your mercy to have all of avidhyA (ignorance), karma (virtues/vices), vAsanA (impressions), ruchi (taste), bhagavath apachAram (offenses towards bhagavAn) etc, prArAbadha karma (karma which has started yielding results), destroyed.
