vEdhamum – vEdhams
vELviyum – yAgam etc
viNNum – svargam etc (which are the result of such yAgams)
iru sudarum – chandhran and sUryan who illuminate the world (by having all of these as his effect)
Adhiyum AnAn – (through that) emperumAn being jagath kAraNa bhUthan (the cause of entire creation)
namakku – in our matters
aruL thandhavA – how has he done his mercy?

Simple translation
Having vEdhams, yAgams, svargam etc which are result of such yAgams, chandhran and sUryan who illuminate the world, as his effect and through that, emperumAn is being jagath kAraNa bhUthan (cause of the entire creation); how has he showed his mercy in our matters? I perfomed anjali towards thiruppullANi which is surrounded by punnai trees with blossomed flowers; along with the waves of the ocean, I am remaining without sleep.
Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)
vEdham … – Creating (Teaching) vEdham which is the eyes for the world, and creating yAgams etc as means to attain him who is revealed in such vEdhams. Creating svargam etc which are the resulting abodes for such yAgams, creating the moon and sun who can illuminate the world. In this manner, he remains as jagathAkAra (having the universe as your form).
aruL thandhavA namakku – One who created these when no one requested him to do that; see how he has fulfilled the desires of us who have desires to attain him. While he helps everyone commonly, why is he not helping special persons like us? Why is the wealth which is allocated for the entire country, difficult for antha:puram (private quarters).
pOdhalar … – I desired to enjoy throughout the night with him without sleeping, with a shining lamp, in an enjoyable place [thiruppullANi]. bhagavAn left her thinking “Now, she should remain sleepless” and kept the waves as company for her.
