I performed anjali towards thiruppullANi where beautiful serundhi trees are pouring down gold like flowers; even the young moon who is shining due to the youthfulness, is appearing like unique hot fire in my case.

pAmbin aNaiyAn aruL thandhavA namakku – See how the one who grants himself to his beloved ones [bhagavAn resting on AdhiSEshan], has eliminated our hurdles and has given himself to us! [We are still suffering]
pUnjerundhi … – It has become difficult for us to go to the abode where we can enjoy. Further, our hurdles are growing. Even the moon, being unable to eliminate his own shortcomings, still is able to torment me.
