Simple translation
sarvESvaran himself incarnated as balarAma having a golden ear-ring in one ear and a plough on the other side, always remained victorious by giving vIra svargam (heaven, attained after valorous death) to those victorious kings who are armed with weapons, after killing them in the battle; I, who am a servitor, got to see such emperumAn in thirukkaNNapuram, which is inhabited by brAhmaNas who are well learned in vEdha SAsthrams and are having three types of fires namely gArhapathya, AhavanIya, dhakshinNAgni, with reddish flames, in their homes.

oRRaik kuzhaiyum … – balarAma, who appeared with a golden ear-ring in one ear and a plough, is having victorious acts of sending off victorious kings to vIra svargam, in the battles.
sem thI … – Having three types of fire in their homes. These brAhmaNas are so well learned in vEdha SAsthram that they worship bhagavAn through the three fires and sarvESvaran himself is present in their homes to accept the havis (sacrificial offering).
