Simple translation

thirukkaNNapuram is the place where the rabbits from the small bushes jump on the face of those who are working with the weed picker, in the fertile fields where fish are jumping on to the faces of the farmers; this is the abode of krishNa, who is the most important person in the protection of world, lifted gOvardhana mountain when indhran entered the clouds and poured hailstorm with rocks and the beautiful cowherd became bewildered.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

puyal … – Entering the clouds, indhran poured down hailstorm, and the clouds will simply follow indhra’s heart.

maNi nirai mayal uRa – As the cowherd, which totally depended on krishNa, became bewildered having lost their intelligence. maNi – beauty; that is, instead of being protected by krishNa and self, they remain protected by krishNa only. bhagavAn is such that after counting him for protecting everyone there by lifting up the gOvardhana mountain, there is no one else to count after him as protector. There is no one else who has protected by lifting up a mountain.

muyal thuLar miLai muyal thuLa – There is a thuLar which tries – kaLaikkottu (weed picker). On the face of those who pick the weeds with that; miLai – small bush; the rabbits which came out of those, will jump in front of those farm workers.

vaLa viLai vayal – On the face of those who do farming in the beautiful fertile field, the kayal fish will jump. It appears that the kurinji region (hilly region) and marudha (farm lands) region have inter-mixed here.
