Simple translation

thirumangai AzhwAr, the king of thirumangai region which is having surroundings filled with clouds, mercifully spoke these ten pAsurams which are a garland of words, having sweet words filled with bhagavAn’s qualities, on my lord, sarvESvaran who is mercifully present in thiruvindhaLUr which is surrounded by very beautiful gardens; irrespective of who they are, those who learn these pAsurams and roam around this world fearlessly, will remain praiseworthy for nithyasUris, at all times.

Er Ar … – Sang poems on my lord, sarvESvaran who is mercifully present in thiruvindhaLUr which is surrounded by very beautiful gardens.

kAr Ar … – AzhwAr who is the leader of thirumangai region which is having surroundings which have eternal presence of clouds, mercifully spoke these pAsurams.

The poems are,

sIr Ar … – The garland which is strung with bhagavAn’s qualities. vishNu dharmam 8.3.7 “aham vakthA bhavAn SrOthA vAchyO yOgO vimukthidha:” (I am the speaker; you are the listener; spoken subject is that which bestows liberation); SrI rAmAyaNam bAla kANdam 2.43 “raghuvara charitham muni praNItham dhaSaSiraScha vadham niSAmayadhvam”  is explained here. raghuvara charitham – Speaks about the protector in raghu kulam, perumAL (SrI rAma); muni praNItham – Spoken by the most trustworthy person; dhaSaSiraScha vadham – Spoken about how SrI rAma removed the weeds from the country.

kaRRuth thirivAr – Learning these pAsurams, due to that pride, placing their feet on yama et al and roaming around.

Ar Ar – The only qualification is to recite these pAsurams; they may be in any birth, have any conduct etc.

avarE amararkku enRum amarar AvArE – With this current birth, conduct and knowledge, they will be praised by nithyasUris who do not need any greatness by such aspects.
