Simple translation

emperumAn, who is like the best gem and my nectar which will never satiate, was having thiruvAzhi with flowing strength, in his big, divine hand to have the great strength of victorious narakAsura destroyed. When the clan of dhEvathAs prayed, he churned the tumultuous ocean with manthara mountain and gave nectar to dhEvathAs such as indhra et al. He is residing desirously in arimEya viNNagaram in thirunAngUr. Oh obedient heart! Surrender unto emperumAn there, where brAhmaNas who have unlimited wealth [of knowledge] which is overflowing everyday, who have mastered vEdham which has shining beauty,  have learnt saptha svaras and other ancillary subjects, are with abundance of great qualities and are capable of performing creation just as brahmA is capable of doing, are residing.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

venRi … – emperumAn has divine hand which has divine chakra having flowing strength, which destroyed the strength of narakAsura who roamed around, destroying the abode of indhra et al and who remained victorious wherever he went. Not only he got back the abodes of the clan of dhEvathAs by destroying narakAsura, when they asked “Please churn the ocean and get us the nectar” he churned the tumultuous ocean by placing the manthara mountain for them and gave that to them.

kuru maNi … – When those dhEvathAs say “We don’t want you; we only need the salt water”, without caring for his invaluable divine form, causing pain to his shoulders, he churned the ocean, he bestowed the nectar to them.

en Ar amudham – Unlike their nectar, this (emperumAn) is AzhwAr’s nectar. He lives in that [nectar] in celebration.

enRum … – Having unlimited wealth [of knowledge] which grows everyday, and shining due to that, those who have mastered vEdham, and having learnt saptha svaras and other ancillary subjects as said in “There is no one who has learnt more than them”, and having abundance of noble qualities due to their familiarity in these subjects, they are capable of performing creation. thirunAngUr where such brAhmaNas are residing.
