Simple translation

krishNa is remaining firmly in the dhivyadhESam named thirukkAvaLambAdi in thirunAngUr where the best of brAhmaNas who are with well grown, great wealth, are living happily; AzhwAr mercifully spoke these ten pAsurams on such emperumAn; those who can recite these pAsurams will remain as kings on earth and be wealthy under the shade of the umbrella to be served by all the princes on the earth.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

mA vaLam … – krishNa is eternally living in the dhivyadhESam named thirukkAvaLambAdi in thirunAngUr where the brAhmaNas who are having boundless wealth which keeps growing and does not stop growing on a particular day, and where such sarvESvaran who is the essence of vEdham, can be seen through our eyes; while looking at the saulabhyam (easy approachability) here in this dhivyadhESam, krishNAvathAram appears as parathvam (his presence in SrIvaikuNtam). Those who are experts in this decad which is having a beautiful meter as said in “Just reciting these pAsurams with our mouth, which were mercifully spoken by AzhwAr, in itself is the goal”. pAvaLam – type of poem.

Those who are well versed in this decad will become kings on this earth and

kO iLa mannar thAzha … – AzhwAr is showing them worldly pleasure thinking “If we say that mOksham is attained as a result of this decad, there will be no one interested. Hence, if we identify this as the means for their worldly desires, they will learn and then we will lead them to mOksham”.
