Simple translation

sarvESvaran, who is the controller of nithyasUris, is having battle-ready thiruvAzhi (divine chakra) which eliminated the strength of narakAsuran, who was charging at [emperumAn] and who had anger which cannot be subdued; he is having the Seelam (simplicity) to give the limbs of his divine form to be enjoyed as their share for periya pirAttiyAr and rudhran; he is joyfully and eternally residing without any other expectation, to be sweet for his devotees, in vaigundha viNNagaram in thirunAngUr. Oh humble heart! Worship such abode where the flood of densely flowing honey is flowing everywhere from the lotus which is continuously blossoming and sengazhunIr flower; the farmers are closing the canals in their fields; and the abode is filled with abundant wealth of water which is continuously growing.

ARAdha … – narakAsuran was having anger which cannot be subdued anytime and was charging at sarvESvaran; sarvESvaran is having battle-ready divine chakra which eliminated the strength of such narakAsuran; he is having the Seelam to give his divine form where periya pirAttiyAr and rudhran are claiming different limbs as their share; he is the lord of the group of nithyasUris.

mARAdha … – As the honey overflows from lotus which always blossoming, sengazhunIr etc, farmers will close the inlet of the canals when such flood will lead to destruction of the crops.

mARAdha perum selvam vaLarum – The noise of the farmers saying “The flood is breaching the shore there”, “The flood is breaching the shore here” and saying “The river source is flooding”.
