On the tall thirumAlirunjOlai mountain, which has risen up to the cloud region, to touch the moon, emperumAn is enjoying; he has voluntarily arrived, is properly present in my heart and eyes and is not leaving me even for a moment. It looks like he is having thiruneermalai as his abode; I am unable to comprehend him. He, who is mercifully arriving here, being seated in a distinguished manner on the garudAzhwAr who is having beautiful wings, appears like a huge cloud on a tall, golden mountain. All of you should come and see. How amazing is this unique person’s beauty!
Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)
manju … – Growing tall reaching up to the cloud region, it is tall enough to touch the moon – having such thirumalai as his abode and being the enjoyer there.
vandhu … – One, who is the lord there, voluntarily came here desiring all of my sense organs, remains without leaving me even for a moment; it appears that he is having thiruneermalai as his abode; he cannot be comprehended by me.
manjuyar … – He appears like a dark cloud, which is present on a tall golden mountain which reaches up to the cloud region. Who is the golden mountain here? It is garudAzhwAr with beautiful wings, on whom he climbed and arrived – all of you can come and see; you, who are trying to stop me, come and see this and decide if you can leave him.
achchO oruvar azhagiyavA – Is this how beautiful he is, when he is on the divine shoulders on thiruvadi (garudAzhwAr)?
