Simple Translation

Oh, one who has the soft vision of a doe, who is the daughter of vidhEha rAjA, who has sweet words which are enjoyable like milk! Mercifully listen to my words. When your highness had mercifully gone to the forest which is full of densely packed stones in all the paths, and were living in the chithrakUtam mountain, which has gardens full of honey and slopes, bharathAzhwAn, who is complete with the quality of being totally dependent on SrI rAma, came there and surrendered to him, telling him “You should mercifully return to ayOdhyA”. This is another identification.

vyAkhyAnam (Commentary)

mAn amarum – Oh, one who is like a doe, with the quality of soft vision! Oh, one who is the daughter of the king of vidhEha! Through this, just as it has been mentioned in SrI rAmAyaNam sundhara kANdam 15.24 “priyajjanam apaSyanthIm paSyanthIm rAkshasIgaNam | svagaNEna mrugIm hInAm SvagaNairAvruthAmiva ||” (not seeing her desired people, seeing only the women demons, like a doe which has been given up by its clan and is surrounded by a pack of dogs), sIthAp pirAtti felt bewildered amidst the gathering of women demons, not being able to see the people whom she desired. She looked like a doe, which has been given up by its clan and has been surrounded by a pack of dogs. This verse also tells about her predicament of being harmed by their looks and actions, making her to contemplate ending her life through her locks, not desiring her form.

thiruvAimozhip piLLai, in his svApadhESam, says that those, who are seen by her, will think that the simile [of the doe’s eyes] is too inferior and that they will forget about the doe’s eyes and keep looking at her; such was the beauty of her eyes. The term vaidhEhi refers to the quality of not bothering about the splendour of her divine form.

viNNappam – hanuman prays to her to listen mercifully to his words.

kAn amarum … – during the time when they had gone to the forest, which was dense with stones strewn all over the path, without considering the tenderness of the divine feet.

thEn amarum … – in the mountainous region of chithrakUtam, surrounded by orchards where beetles settle down without any break, and which has slopes of the mountains. SrI rAma had mercifully taken the hermitage, put up by lakshmaNa, as his dwelling place, with his locks matted and wearing barks as his dress, as mentioned in SrI rAmAyaNam ayOdhyA kANdam 99.25 “utajE rAmam AsInam jatAmaNdala dhArinam krishNAjinadharam thanthu chIravalkala vAsasam” (SrI rAma, having matted hair, wearing cloth made of deer skin, was sitting in the hermitage).

thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that it was the time when SrI rAma and sIthAp pirAtti were enjoying the mountainous region, in privacy.

pAl mozhiyAy – Oh, one who speaks with words which are sweet, like milk! hanuman addresses her in this manner based on the sweetness of the words which she had spoken to him earlier and his desire to listen to her words further.

baradha nambi paNindhadhum Or adiyALam – SrI bharathAzhwAn, who is complete with the quality of pArathanthryam [being totally dependent on SrI rAma], surrendered to the divine feet of SrI rAna, beseeching him “You should mercifully return to ayOdhyA”. This is another identification.
