Simple translation

rudhran is having an axe, is residing in one part of bhagavAn’s divine body and is having matted hair where chandhran, who has pervaded the sky, is submerged; bhagavAn is having such rudhran and dhEvEndhran as his wealth, such that the word “thAn” (him, bhagavAn) will include those entities. He is the lord of all and is famously known as suSeela (simple). Such bhagavAn who is jalaSAyi, is reclining in this dhivyadhESam which is having the divine name siRupuliyUr, and is filled with orchards which are having abundant honey. I, the servitor, do not know anything else other than the divine feet of krishNa, who is mercifully present in such dhivyadhESam.

Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

vAnAr madhi … – chandhran, who appears to pervade the vast sky is held by rudhran in his matted hair; that rudhran is having an axe to kill anyone irrespective of whether the person is his own father or others; bhagavAn is greater than all, who has abundant simplicity to give a place for such rudhran, in his divine body.

avan amararkku adhipadhiyAm – indhran, who is the leader of dhEvathAs. bhagavAn has such greatness that when he says “I” that includes rudhran, indhran et al.

thEn Ar pozhil …. – Being surrounded by orchards where honey never stops flowing.

siRupuliyUrch chalasayanaththu AnAyan – Instead of having to feel upset that krishNAvathAram is concluded, bhagavAn is reclining here with the same qualities as in such krishNAvathAram such that those who came after krishNAvathAram too could enjoy him. I do not know anything other than such krishNa’s divine feet. The reason for that is – I am his exclusive servitor.
