Simple Translation
Women, who are wives to their respective husband, living in order to give birth to sons like you, remained, without moving further. With beetles settling down on flowers with which they have decorated themselves, looking at the overall beauty of your divine form, and in order to drink the nectar which is coming from your mouth, they came in order to take you with them. Oh, kaNNa, who is the simplest entity to approach for everyone! You should consume milk from my bosoms.
vyAkhyAnam (Commentary)
peNdir …– women, who are wives to their respective husband, who saw you, could not move on further, desiring to give birth to sons like you.
thiruvAimozhip piLLai, in his svApadhESam, says here that women, who are desirous of giving birth to children, lose out their minds to you, after seeing you. Thinking “We are not able to give birth to a son like him. Is this possible for us?”, they are unable to engage with any other work.
vaNdulAm pUm kuzhalinAr kaN iNaiyAl kalakka nOkki – just like people standing at the shore instead of getting into the gutsy wind, beetles were roaming over the honey which was flowing heavily from flowers with which women have decorated themselves. Such women were looking at the overall beauty of your divine form. kalakka nOkkudhal refers to looking at the overall beauty of the divine form instead of focussing at the beauty of each limb. Earlier, through the term peNdir vAzhvAr, the pAsuram mentioned about women, who were wives to their respective husband, and who looked at you with the desire of giving birth to sons who are like you. Here, through the term vaNdulAm pUnguzhalinAr, it refers to young women, waiting to enjoy the pleasures.
thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that there are other young girls, with locks decorated with garlands, in which beetles would immerse themselves, who stood looking at you with all their affection, looking at your overall beauty with their eyes, standing in order to take you with them and drink the nectar flowing from your divine mouth. You too appeared to be focussed on going with them.

thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that since you [referring to krishNa] are gOvindha, you have to go with those young girls. AzhwAr tells him that before he goes with them, he should consume milk from the bosoms and then go.
nI mulai uNAyE – let that be their wish. You should consume milk from my bosoms.
