Subsequent to enjoying krishNa’s divine shoulders, AzhwAr enjoys his divine palms.

Simple Translation
yaSOdhAp pirAtti, who has dark, expansive eyes, is nurturing krishNa who has the complexion of blue lilies which are cultivated in eminent fields. Come and have a look at his divine palms which are holding the divine disc, with sharp enges, and the divine conch. Oh, women who have golden ear rings! Come and have a look.
vyAkhyAnam (Commentary)
maiththadam kaNNi – this refers to yaSOdhAp pirAtti’s eyes which are dark and expansive. This could also mean that her eyes have become wide after she applied black pigment to her eyes to decorate them. thiruvAimozhip piLLai says, in his svApadhESam, that her eyes are symbolic of her entire decoration [she has decorated herself fully and AzhwAr is mentioning only her eyes, as symbolic of that].
asOdhai vaLarkkinRa – yaSOdhAp pirAtti, who was like this, nurtured krishNa by constantly looking after him with her eyes. Though there were many people to nurture him, instead of leaving him with them, she nurtured him herself. thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that though yaSOdhAp pirAtti has seen his amazing activities which are beyond the realm of human beings, she still considers him as siRu piLLai [a little child].
seyththalai … – krishNa was like a little child with the complexion of blue lily, which has just then blossomed in a plant which was growing on its fertile land. All the earnestness which she had showed in her nurturing him, manifested in his divine complexion.
neyththalai nEmiyum sangum nilAviya – this refers to the divine disc with sharp edges. Alternatively, since weapons are applied with ghee [to prevent rust] this refers to divine disc which is immersed in ghee. Another explanation – just as thirumangai AzhwAr had mentioned in periya thirumozhi 10-7-3 “kaiyellAm ney” (emperumAn’s divine hands are full of ghee) [consumed as krishNa], the ghee from his divine hands have got transferred to the divine disc too. While the divine disc is like this, having to go out of emperumAn’s divine hand to annihilate his enemies, just as it has been mentioned in thiruvAimozhi 10-6-8 “karudhumidam porudhu” (the divine disc will go to the place thought of by emperumAn to destroy his enemy and return to his divine hand to stay there) the divine conch is such that without having to leave emperumAn’s divine hand, it would annihilate the enemies by its mere roaring sound. It is possible that krishNa has shown his divine disc and divine conch to yaSOdhAp pirAtti on a few occasions, for her to sing this way. thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that krishNa would have shown her his divine weapons for her to say this, just as embAr had mentioned while araiyar was performing for the pAsuram verse in periyAzhwAr thirumozhi 2.1 padhigam “appUchchi kAttuginRAn” [we shall consider this in detail during the vyAkhyAnam translation of 2.1 padhigam]. nilAvudhal – to dwell.
kaiththalam … – Come and have a look at his divine palms. Oh, women who hare heavy ear rings! Come and have a look. kanam would also refer to gold. Thus, it would mean women who have worn golden ear rings. thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that the term kanam kuzhaiyIr refers to surrendered people listening to the activities of emperumAn, with involvement.
