Kindly grant your mercy for me.

veyyanAy … – hiraNya was very cruel to torment the seven worlds together; to have such hiraNya’s body become two parts, emperumAn worked with his divine nails as the weapon, since hiraNya had a boon that will not let emperumAn use the divine chakra against him. Oh such emperumAn!
enakku aruL puriyE – You should eliminate my hurdles and kindly grant your mercy to me.
mai … – There is a species of fish which is very black, named varAl. Schools of such fish tear into the flowers and jump into the beautiful ponds; oh one who is standing in thiruveLLaRai where such lotus flowers are spreading their fragrance,
