Simple translation
Oh krishNa who is having divine form like a vast ocean! Oh you who are naturally related to all and are living in the dhivyadhESam named thiruveLLakkuLam surrounded by strong forts in thirunAngUr where the best among brAhmaNas who can defeat the enemies in their battle, reside eternally! You should mercifully sever my sorrows, and I have no other refuge.

kaNNAr … – Can anyone lose the enjoyment of such divine form? Oh you who are having ocean like divine form, from which one cannot take the eyes off! Alternatively – oh you who are having divine form which is like a vast ocean! Sometimes one engages in the beautiful form, other times one engages in his depth.
naNNAr munai venRi koLvAr mannu nAngUr – In thirunAngUr which is inhabited by those who don’t turn away without victory in the battles started by the enemies.
thiNNAr madhiL … – Oh you who are naturally related and are present in the abode where there is no scope for fear!
adiyEn … – I can remain relaxed only if I have refuge outside; you should sever the sorrows for me who has no other refuge.
