Simple translation
sarvESvaran, the lord is having paramapadham which is located in the supreme sky, leelA vibhUthi (samsAram) which has the earth, and further, different types of AthmAs present in those worlds as his prakAram; he is the antharAthmA for all of these, firmly residing in the dhivyadhESam named thiruththEvanAr thogai which is surrounded by gardens which are having flowers filled with honey; this is in thirunAngUr where brAhmaNas, who are having imperishable, endless wealth and who have completely learnt vEdham which are difficult to learn, are residing.
Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)
vAn nAdum maN nAdum … – paramapadham, samsAram, and not just the places but the different AthmAs who are present in such abodes, are all present as his prakAram (form) to be identified by the word “him” – such sarvESvaran. sarvESvaran who is the abhimAni (controller) of everything as in when a person who lives with his family is asked “What do you need for your livelihood?” he would say “I will need a pot of paddy” considering his family is implied by the word “I”.
thalaivan amarndhu uRaiyum idam … – The abode where the lord is eternally residing; he is the lord because he is having every entity other than him to be his prakAram (form) and there is none other than him and he is having all other entities to be taking shelter in his shade; hence he is the lord.
AnAdha … – In thirnAngUr where brAhmaNas who have imperishable and boundless wealth.
thEn … – Having abundance of honey; alternative explanation – densely filled with beetles.
