Simple translation
The divine son of emperor dhaSaratha, drew his bow with the sharp arrows which resemble sun’s rays to have the strong heads of rAvaNa, who was the king of lankA, which was surrounded by ocean with rising waves, and who was tormenting the dhEvathAs starting with indhra, with his strength, to be severed and felled. Such emperumAn is mercifully present in thirukkaNNangudi where the prides of peacocks, which are roaming in the forest, stand and dance, where the gathered clouds sound similar to percussion instruments and beautiful beetles, which are roaming in honey, are humming sweet songs.

vAnuLar … – With his strength, rAvaNa would torment indhra et al, who were placed as protectors [by bhagavAn], and was the king of lankA which is having the ocean with rising waves as its protective layer; chakravarthith thirumagan drew his bow and shot sharp arrows which resemble sun’s rays and made rAvaNa’s heads, which were decorated with the strength of boons, to fall down like palm fruits.
kAn … – As the prides of peacocks, which roam around in the forest dance, the gathered clouds make noise similar to that of percussion instruments, beetles which are fully drunk with honey sing sweet song, it appears that bhagavAn is resting in this abode, to relax and reduce his fatigue which came about while fighting against rAvaNa.
