To eliminate the sorrow of SrI bhUmip pirAtti, who is having divine lips which look like lavender flower and kOvai fruit, and have her uplifted, and to have the kings, who came fighting in mahAbhAratha war falter, krishNa, the lord, incarnated on the very dark krishNa paksha ashtami; I, who am a servitor, got to see him in thirukkaNNapuram which is having pearls pushed by the oceanic waves on one side and reddish paddy crops are fanning like chAmaras on the other side.

thuvarik kani vAy … – To eliminate the sorrow of SrI bhUmip pirAtti, who is having divine mouth which looks like lavender flower and kOvai fruit, and have her uplifted.

bhAradham … – The kings, who came fighting in the mhAbhAratha war; alternative explanation – fighting to make the kings of mahAbhAratha war, falter. ivardhal – fighting.

iruL nAL piRandha ammAnai – One who incarnated at the very dark time of krishNa paksham, ashtami thithi.

uvari … – thirukkaNNapuram,where on one side, the oceanic waves are pushing pearls while on the other side, beautiful reddish paddy crops are fanning like chAmaram.
