Highlights from vyAkyAnam (Commentary)

madal … – sarvESvaran is mercifully residing in thirukkaNNapuram where the lengthy screw pine trees, having the well grown flaps, are present on all sides. The coral is spreading all over the sand dunes to cover them and is making the place shine.

adal … – Confronting hiraNya in the battle, he destroyed hiraNya’s strength and tore hiraNya’s body with his nails, while his divine consorts were witnessing. In this manner, he established his ISvarathvam (control). For such person, I lost my bangle, while thinking that he helped a person (prahlAdhAzhwAn) who was at my age [to become disappointed].
