Simple translation
Oh you who defeated dhEvEndhran in battle, quickly destroyed the garden’s beauty and brought the kalpaka tree, for the sake of the young sathyabhAmA! Oh you who are firmly present in the dhivyadhESam named thirukkAvaLambAdi in thirunAngUr, which is made by indhran to be surrounded with gardens having beautiful flowers! You should be the protector.

Evu iLam kannikkAgi …
Evu – battle.
iLam kannikku Agi – For sathyabhAmAp pirAtti [who is so youthful], one can take up any suffering to fulfil her desire.
Alternative explanation. Eva – As she ordered.
While SaSi (indhran’s wife) and sathyabhAmAp pirAtti were together, a flower from the kalpaka tree was brought there. SaSi accepted it and being prideful due to being a celestial woman, said a few insulting words to sathyabhAmAp pirAtti as in “You are humans; this cannot be donned by you; your head will ache”; sathyabhAmAp pirAtti then came to krishNa and told about it and ordered krishNa saying “You should immediately bring that kalpaka tree and plant it in my garden”.
imaiyavar kOnaich cheRRu – Defeating the leader of the celestial clan, indhran, quickly destroyed the beauty of the garden and brought the kalpaka tree.
pU vaLam … – In thirunAngUr which is surrounded by gardens which are having beautiful flowers and which was made/praised by indhran. indhran prepared this town to bring the glories of heaven to earth. You who are present now in thirukkAvaLambAdi to help everyone just as you helped sathyabhAmA back then, should be my protector.
