Simple Translation
Even after seeing you consuming milk from the bosom of the fiend pUthanA, my heart, due to overflowing affection towards you, would not stop giving you milk from my bosom, though all the herd-women were afraid and called out to me [not to give milk to you]. I have filled up warm water, along with gooseberry, fully in the vessel. Oh, one who has great fame and who has the complexion of a bluish gemstone! You should come for a bath.

pEychchi … – Just as it has been mentioned in periyAzhwAr thirumozhi 1.3.10 “vanjanaiyAl vandha pEychchi” (pUthanA, the fiend, who came deceptively in the form of krishNa’s mother, yaSOdhAp pirAtti), pUthanA had hidden her fiendish form and taken over my [yaSOdhAp pirAtti’s] form. Despite seeing the manner in which you were suckling her such that she perished …
thiruvAimozhip piLLai, in his svApadhESam, says the following: Upon hearing the wailing sound from the fiend, pUthanA, as she was falling, and seeing the manner in which she was lying on the ground, all the herd-men and herd-women in thiruvAyppAdi [SrI gOkulam] became frightened and called out to me [yaSOdhAp pirAtti], as I was going towards you [krishNa], drinking milk from the bosom of that fiend. Despite that, I, seeing the way you were drinking milk from her bosom, went ahead, separated you from the fiend and went to another place, thinking, with fear “This fiend may still get up from its dead state and follow this little child” and tested my own bosom [to check if that too had any poison on it]
pinnaiyum nillAdhu en nenjam – while I should have got frightened upon seeing this and run away from that place, my heart was unable to bear any distress for you, due to overflowing affection.
Aychchiyar ellArum kUdi azhaikkavum – Seeing the way the fiend was lying dead and the way that you [referring to krishNa] were drinking milk from her bosom, all the herd-women gathered together and called out to me, out of fear [that something terrible would befall me too]. However, without feeling any fear, I came there, took you in my arms and gave you, my milk. This is the way my affection was towards you. Hence, you should listen to what I am telling you.
thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that yaSOdhAp pirAtti tells krishNa that this is the way in which she had nurtured krishNa and hence, he should listen to her.
kAychchina nIr … – To ensure that it would be apt for your divine form, I filled up water in the vessel, along with gooseberry, for your divine bath.
thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that yaSOdhAp pirAtti had filled up water in the vessel such that it was neither hot nor cold and was apt for krishNa.
vAyththa … – Instead of getting trapped in the deceptive net of the fiend, rejecting her, you saved yourself, as a result of which you had great fame. Oh, one who has the divine form with the complexion of a bluish gemstone such that beholders would get attracted!
manjanamAda nI vArAy – you should come and take a divine bath to get rid of dirt etc which came onto your divine form, just like dust gets attached to a carbuncle gem.
thiruvAimozhip piLLai says here that krishNa tells yaSOdhAp pirAtti “Bring the vessel in which you have filled up with warm water to the place where I am standing”. yaSOdhAp pirAtti tells him “I could only fill up water in that vessel. Is it possible for me to move the vessel?” and prays to him to come for a bath.
