Simple translation
Oh, natural relative! Oh, lord who is mercifully residing in the western side of thiruvazhundhUr! I don’t know of any refuge other that your divine feet. Alas! Oh, one who is having lengthy shoulders which are holding the very sharp SrI sudharSana and SrI pAnchajanya! Oh, one who created the taste and faith in me, the servitor towards you, which is not done towards anyone else in this world! I became scared for the life of praising and following my five senses which have entered me by deceit to enjoy lowly matters and great matters and are eternally residing in my body, and surrendered unto your divine feet.

neyyAr … – Oh one who is having well sharpened divine weapons! ney – sharpness, Ar – abundance, very sharp thiruvAzhi (divine chakra). Oh, one who is having shoulders which are apt for those weapons!
adiyEnai – I who am qualified to remain as a servitor for you.
ulagaththidaich cheyAdhavaRRaich cheydhAy – You made possible what is not done in this world. You placed me in this world which does not think about kainkaryam (service) to your divine feet.
siRumaikkum perumaikkum uL pugundhu – They [five senses] have deceitfully entered into me to be included in the word “I” to acquire lowly pleasures and pleasures which are very difficult to attain.
pORRi vAzhvadhaRku anji – Became scared to live the life of praising and following them.
nin adaindhEn – I approached you, who are a natural relative for me.
aiyA – Oh, natural relative! I have no other refuge than your divine feet.
azhundhUr … – You have arrived here manifesting your natural relationship.
